I first heard about SPA Lighting, Farranfore, from a friend and decided to go and have a look. The shop is easy to find with ample parking outside. The emphasis is mostly ultramodern with some spectacular lights especially from Italy (FLOS). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and a guided tour of the shop is most enjoyable. The merchandise is of excellent quality.
I found what I was looking for and have been back to the shop several times since.
SPA Lighting is definitely worth a visit and if you are looking for something different/special, I'm sure you'll find it there.

I just wanted to thank you for the help when I came down from Dublin at the weekend. The trip was very smooth with the flight down, you meeting me and taking me back to the airport so I was back in Dublin 6 hours after leaving! More importantly I appreciated you showing me the range of lighting technologies and products enabling me to compare options. Your ideas for different moods in the house were very helpful. We are now selecting fittings from the broad range you showed me.

My family laughed at me when I told them I was going to Farranfore for my lights! They said I would surely find lights just as good or better where I live, in Cork City. But I had been researching for about a year and couldn't find anything that stood out.Even if you don't buy anything a visit to the showroom is an experience in itself. It is an amazing place and caters for all budgets. When you meet David he will ask you your budget, andlook at your drawings, and suggest different options which he did for me. He then visited our house when it was just a shell. I hadn't even thought about practicalities but David did all of this for me and I was delighted with the result.
